1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on pub444, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any service provided by pub444, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened with false or misleading information are strictly prohibited. pub444 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any wagers or winnings associated with such accounts, and confiscate any funds deposited into them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and wagers made using your account credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from creating a pub444 account or using our services:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

pub444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits are credited to your pub444 account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. pub444 does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that sufficient funds are available in your payment account.

All funds deposited into your pub444 account are held in segregated accounts in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. These funds are held separately from pub444's operational funds and are protected in the event of insolvency or financial difficulty.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and identity verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed to the original deposit method where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100).

pub444 strives to process withdrawal requests within three to five (3-5) minutes for GCash withdrawals, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. However, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. First-time withdrawals require submission of valid government-issued identification for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance as mandated by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals are subject to a maximum daily limit as specified in your account settings or communicated to you by pub444 customer support. VIP players may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits. pub444 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at its discretion.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

pub444 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All users must wager their deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests with minimal or no wagering activity, may be flagged for investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pub444 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds or winnings from free spins before those funds become withdrawable. The pub444 name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of pub444. Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Termination and Account Closure

pub444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, pub444 reserves the right to confiscate any funds in the account and void any pending wagers or winnings.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pub444 shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pub444 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
